Last weeks weight loss was a little disappointing but in the grand scheme of thing’s not a major disaster as this is a way of life for me. So this weeks weight loss was a major surprise with a loss of 7.5 pounds. Whoop whoop let the weight loss carry one.

Third week of going to Sliming World and lost a big fat 0 Pounds. No weight loss this week. Stayed the same. Feeling really tired and I don’t think its to do with the food.

Monday night Spinning. Decided to test my endurance and exercised for 1 hours and 45 minutes no stop. Burned 1670 cals. Feeling broken today. I think I’m going to introduce this into my weekly plan.
